Introductory session- how do I start?

As part of this session we will discuss what you want to achieve and possible strategies you could use to achieve your goal. We can start to gauge your risk profile and the sort of investments that you should be comfortable working with in order to achieve your goals.

Property review

We can look at potential properties you have identified and run some basic checks on how the numbers add up as an investment. I will always look at the numbers on a net yield basis and return on investment (ROI) basis.

Problem solving

With property investment you have to be pragmatic and look at the long term. I have hit problems along the way; down valuations, damp issues, tenant issues and building regulation problems to name a few. Forearmed is forewarned, I can share with you the problems I have faced and how I have overcome them. Very few property investments will be challenge free.

Strategies

There are hundreds of different strategies that a property investor can use. I am certainly not a specialist in all of them, but I have experienced a few. If I have no experience with a particularly strategy I can point you in the direction of someone who has.

Sourcing

To date, I have sourced properties for many investors with different budgets and goals, in many different locations. My main areas of knowledge and experience have been Swindon, Liverpool and Crewe.
